Meal prep and pickup is a simple and convenient process. Every Friday, you’ll receive the weekly menu with fresh meal selections straight to your inbox. You can then place your order for the upcoming week’s meal plan anytime between Wednesday and Saturday before the 10 PM cutoff. After ordering, choose a pickup time that suits your schedule—Monday between 4:30-10:00 PM, Tuesday from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, or anytime after 5 PM. When you arrive at the pickup location, your carefully prepared Paleo meals will be packaged and ready for you to enjoy.
