Yes! All of our award winning meals are prepared and packaged in Greenville in our Saskatoon kitchen. We take pride in the meals we create and we want to share with you the exact same quality you would find by dining in.
When you pick up your food on Monday or Tuesday evening, you will be picking up five breakfasts, five lunches, and five dinners. Why not all 7 days? Because we know from over 12 years of experience helping Greenville residents lose weight and keep it off, that sometimes life will get in the way. Our meal plan is designed for real people and real results. There will be times where you’ll want to go out to eat with friends, family, or work associates. Our plan gives you the freedom to do that, although we recommend you still follow the Mediterranean Paleo guidelines. If you prefer to have all your meals on our Mediterranean Paleo meal plan, then you can purchase extra meals using our Ala carte option.
Your meals will either be vacuum-sealed or in plastic “to go” containers. Our suggestions are based on how perishable the respective entrees are, the type of containers the entrees are in as well as the ability of some entrees to be able to be frozen. Basically, you should eat the food in the plastic containers first and the vacuum-sealed entrees later. If you cannot eat the entrees that are packed in the plastic containers by Thursday, you should freeze those entrees and bring back out to defrost and eat as needed. Of course, you may switch as you see fit. The entrees are meant to be interchangeable.
The recipes we are using do not include gluten though the food is prepared in a commercial kitchen that serves food that has gluten.
Yes, each of our entrees have been analyzed using a nutritional software and are nutritionally labeled.
Our recipes are designed by our staff Certified Nutritionist.
Our Mediterranean Paleo recipes are designed for an average person who weighs approximately around 160 to 170 pounds. We do not offer different size entrees in this program so if you are a smaller person, this will more food than you might need. In that case, save part of the entrees to eat on the weekends. If you are a larger person, you may need to supplement these entrees with additional protein rich foods. Your nutrient needs will also depend on your exercise and work requirements. As with all exercise and diet plans, please consult your physician prior to starting.
One week’s worth of Mediterranean Paleo Meals will fit into a large grocery bag, so two weeks of food should fit in a regular residential refrigerator.
